Invisible chair pose with both hands clasped behind the back

 

 

SNPE movement 1

 

  • Stand straight wearing the SNPE Correction Belts and the SNPE Pelvic Band.
  • Place both hands on each thigh.
  • Imagine there is an invisible chair behind you and sit down into a chair pose.
  • Pull your upper body upward while keeping the chest spread open.
  • Bring your hands together behind your back
  • and interlocking your fingers except thumbs and index fingers.
  • Shift your weight towards your heels and lift up your toes.
  • Make sure your body is upright
  • Tilt your head up 45 degree
  • Maintain C-shaped curve (Lordosis) on your lumbar spine (lower back).
  • During exhale, feel the muscle contraction in your back, lower back, and hips and bring your hips lower.
  • Hold position for 30 seconds and repeat 5 -10 sets a day.

 

The benefits of SNPE Movement 1 is to prevent lower back pain, disc herniation, and scoliosis. It also helps you restore the body balance and posture, and raise your body temperature.

 

During SNPE Movement 1, tilting your head up 45 degree helps you create a healthy cervical c-shaped curve in the neck and prevents neck winkles.

This movement also helps relieve shoulder pain by pulling back rounded shoulders.

SNPE Movement 1 helps you to restore the C-shaped curve in your lower back and to relieve lower back pain.

Also, this movement with SNPE Pelvic Band corrects pelvic and hip joint displacement.

Exercising with SNPE Correction Belts gradually restore bent legs and displaced pelvic and hip joints into their natural positions.

Keep practicing SNPE Movement 1 about 30 seconds and repeat 5 -10 sets every day
